Return & Refund Policy

  Return terms-

 
  • We do not offer returns or exchange unless an incorrect product is delivered or the product gets damaged in transit.
  • Please avoid deep cuts by scissors or cutters while opening the package. Only a superficial slit or cut of the package is recommended.
  • We recommend our customers to make a complete unpacking/unboxing video from start to end of the package you have received to claim for a replacement or refund. The video must be complete without any pause, unedited and the package received should be in a clear 360 degree angle.
  • Without a proper unpacking video as instructed above, we will not accept any requests for Refund & Exchange.
  • In case of an exchange, the product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with and should be in the same condition as you received it - unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must raise a return request within 2 days of the receipt of your order.
  • To initiate a return, please whatsapp at +91-9953099736 or email us at support@fadindia.in with an image of the incorrect or damaged product. 
  • Refund/Exchange will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.

  • If you would like to apply for a refund considering the reasons mentioned above, please do mention when you mail us if you would like to opt for a refund or an exchange.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund amount.
